Having burst on the scene in 2020, 3 Little Pigs, now known as 3LP is doing things a bit differently. Owner and Chef Henry Cai started doing pop-ups to showcase his favorite dishes, which riff on Cantonese food, and now offers it to the suburbs via DwellSocial. Known for innovative fried rice, one of the best fried chicken sandwiches in Chicago, and BBQ Pork Char Siu sells out as soon as it's on the menu every time--so ordering to the suburbs may just be the only way you get to try this dish with a cult-like following for a while!
